+What if I don't have a logo yet?
We can pair this with our Logo Design package, or use a clean wordmark to get you launched.
+Can I add more pages later?
Yes. Extra pages are added through a Care Plan or Growth retainer.
+How long will the whole project take?
Most Fresh Start sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, assuming we get content and feedback within 2 business days each round.
+How will we communicate during the build?
You get a single point of contact, a shared project board, and a weekly Loom update. Quick questions go through email or text, no Slack required.
+How many rounds of revisions do I get?
Two rounds of design revisions and one round of build revisions are included. Extra rounds are billed hourly and quoted before any work starts.
+What does handoff look like?
We do a 30-minute walkthrough call, record a custom edit-training video, and hand over all logins, the domain, and a written cheat sheet for common updates.
+Who owns the site and the files?
You do, 100%. On final payment you get full ownership of the site, the codebase or CMS, the domain, and every asset we produced.
