How we handle your information
This page is maintained by Rebuilt Design Studio to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and client intake. It is editable project content, not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you submit a project through our intake form, we collect the contact and project details you provide (name, business, email, optional phone, website, industry, project type, budget, goals, and target launch date). We use this only to respond to your inquiry and plan a potential engagement.
How it's stored
Submissions are stored in our managed backend database. Access is restricted by row-level security so that only authenticated administrators of Rebuilt Design Studio can read or modify leads. The intake form itself accepts new submissions but cannot read existing ones.
Access control
Administrative access uses email/password authentication with role-based authorization. Roles are stored server-side and never trusted from the client. Only accounts explicitly granted the admin role can view, update, or delete submitted leads.
Transport & platform
The site is served over HTTPS. We use Lovable as our build and hosting platform, which provides the underlying application runtime, database, and authentication services. This page describes our practices and is not an independent certification of the platform.
Retention & deletion
We retain project intake submissions for as long as needed to evaluate, scope, and follow up on the engagement, and to keep a record of work we've discussed. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing us.
