STEP 04 OF 04

Launch & Grow

Launch day is the start, not the finish line.

Most agencies vanish the day the site goes live. We don't. Launch is when the real learning starts, and the first 30 days after launch decide whether the new site is actually going to earn its keep. We stay close, watch the numbers, and keep improving as soon as we see something that matters.

WHAT HAPPENS

Activities in this step

Cutover plan

DNS, redirects, email records, and form endpoints are documented and scheduled for a low-traffic window.

Go-live day

We push the site live, verify SSL, forms, analytics, and 301 redirects, and monitor for the first 24 hours.

Training walkthrough

A 30-minute recorded walkthrough of the CMS, plus a written cheat sheet for the edits you'll do most.

30-day support window

Bug fixes, copy tweaks, and small design polish included at no extra cost for the first 30 days.

First-month scorecard

At day 30 we send a written report of traffic, conversions, and top-performing pages, plus the next 3 things worth investing in.
