+How long does the logo process take?
Most logos take 2 to 3 weeks: ~3 days discovery, 1 week for initial concepts, then refinement and final delivery.
+How will we communicate during design?
A short kickoff call, then Loom presentations for each concept round so you can review on your time and reply with written feedback.
+How many revision rounds are included?
Three rounds total: one on the initial concepts to pick a direction, then two on the chosen direction to refine details.
+What files will I get at handoff?
A full export pack, SVG, PNG (transparent + solid), PDF, and a favicon set, plus a one-page usage guide covering color, spacing, and don'ts.
+What if none of the concepts feel right?
We do one additional concept round at no charge. It's extremely rare, but the discovery step is built to make sure we land directions you can actually pick from.
